Carousel is a pioneering arts organisation dedicated to facilitating and promoting learning disabled creativity.

We provide performance, training and leadership programmes and initiatives that enable people to develop and showcase their skills in film, music, radio and digital media, and we advocate for change in the wider world so that learning disabled art gets the exposure and recognition it deserves.
